I work collaboratively with my students to uncover and provide the most innovative, effective and efficient way to fulfill their their training needs.

At Miranda Training Solutions LLC, I believe there is a always better way to meet my student's needs. Miranda Training Solutions is a training organization that exists to help you comprehend and attain more knowledge than you ever thought possible.

Understanding the unique training requirement(s) of each student and applying the necessary regulatory requirements is essential to my business. I focus on building and presenting to you a unique training program, with amazing results, and trusted experiences that are as useful as they are memorable.

I bring to you, knowledge I gained from 37 years of safety and risk management work in the military, emergency medical services, general industry and in mining.

I am a USAF Desert Storm Veteran, and have worked for Arizona Public Service Company, Cyprus Amax, Phelps Dodge Corporation, Rio Tinto, Kinross Gold, and Golder Associates, Inc.. I have also been a volunteer Firefighter / EMT with the Tri-City Fire Department in Claypool, AZ and with Ferry County Okanogan Fire Protection District 13 in Republic, WA. I have also been the site coordinator for emergency response teams.

I am a certified health and safety professional with over 37 years of professional health and safety experience in the US Air Force, mining, general industry, firefighting and emergency medical services. I hold certifications as a Certified Mine Safety Professional (CMSP), Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT), Safety Management Specialist (SMS), and as a Registered Safety Manager (RSM).

What this means for you is that a certified safety professional will develop realistic, intuitive and effective training programs and will provide you a higher quality of training. The more effective the health and safety training is, and the higher level of comprehension and application by the students, and will enable each worker to go home healthy and safe each day.

I have the following formal education and degrees:

  • Doctorate of Strategic Leadership Degree (In Progress) - Liberty University Graduate School of Business
  • Legal Juris Master - Compliance Degree from Liberty University School of Law
  • Bachelor of Technology - Management Degree from Peru State College
  • Associate of Science in Information Systems Technology Degree from the Community College of the Air Force
